What is your style of yoga?
Yoga with Atim is a moving, mindfulness, meditation style of Hatha yoga; it is a slow flowing yoga practice that is great for calming the mind, strengthening the body and improving your flexibility, posture and balance. The class ends with a guided, mindfulness meditation. The practice is inspired by the sun, moon, stars and you, the peaceful warrior. Atim hopes that yoga inspires you to cultivate inner strength within your body, mind and through every breath. In mindfulness, feel your inner strength fill your heart and your physical and emotional well-being. Use your peaceful warrior wisdom to make the right choices for your body, so that you only do the poses that feel comfortable, good and kind to you.

Yoga helps to release aches
When we are aware of our body’s sensations, we can release aches and tension or stress through slow gentle movements. The body benefits from movement, and the mind benefits from stillness, mindfulness and meditation.

Sleep better and feel better
Regular yoga practice helps to improve your all round fitness, making you more physically fit as well as more mentally and emotionally balanced. It’s one of the best best ways to de-stress and calm your mind. You’re also likely to notice that you may sleep better, get fewer colds and generally feel more peaceful, relaxed and at ease.
