Please note there is

No yoga class on 26th December and

yoga for stress relief


Yoga poses, breathing, meditation and relaxation techniques all help you to become more mindful, focused and calm.  Yoga also helps to lower stress levels, blood pressure and heart rate so that you can get fit and stay healthy.  


If you have any health concerns check with your doctor for advice before doing any yoga and always begin your yoga practice with the guidance of a qualified yoga teacher.
