IMPORTANT: Always start your yoga practise with the guidance of a qualified prenatal or postnatal pregnancy yoga teacher. It's important to be aware of yoga poses that are suitable for each stage of your pregnancy as well as poses that are suitable after you've given birth. If you're new to yoga, it is generally advised that you don't start any new type of exercise or pre-natal yoga until after your first 12 weeks of pregnancy. After giving birth it's advisable to wait for 10 weeks before starting post-natal yoga. Please always check with your doctor if you experience any pain or have any health concerns.
