Wednesdays: 5, 12, 19 December
Wednesdays: 9, 16, 23, 30 January
Please note there is
No yoga class on 26th December and
No yoga class on 2nd January.

We recommend that you begin your yoga practice by attending a yoga class and with the guidance of a qualified yoga teacher; this is so that you can learn learn correct alignment to help build evenly balanced body strength, flexibility and mental focus. If you have any health issues or concerns, please consult with your doctor before doing any yoga.
