one to one meditation
Meditation helps you to become more calm, focused and positive in your outlook by learning to be more aware of your throughts, feelings and actions. Through focusing on the rhythm of your breath, an affirmation or sound, meditation encourages us to us to be more aware, more observant and to live more fully in the present moment.
By learning some breathing techniques and focusing on the ongoing rhythm of our breathing, we can learn to calm our minds at will, leaving us feeling re-charged and re-juvenated.
