SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
1. UK SHIPPING
All items that are ordered from www.salutetothesunyoga/shop that are in stock are shipped as soon as possible after receiving your payment. All merchandise is guaranteed new. We are committed to getting your order delivered to you in the best possible condition and all items are despatched carefully packed.
Standard delivery to UK mainland is included in the price unless stated otherwise.
Delivery to Highlands or UK Isles is £10.00 per parcel up to 2Kg.
When ordering from outside the UK, please contact us before placing the order to find out the cost of shipping.
2. SECURE PAYMENT
You do not need a PayPal account to use our secure payment facility. Currently we accept card and PayPal payments, if you choose PayPal you will be directed to their site to complete the payment. Please spend a minute to review your order one last time before submitting your order. We can’t make any changes to the order once it has been submitted to us. Once you are happy with your order details you can complete your order. Once all payment information has been entered you will receive your order confirmation email. Order confirmations emailed to you will be from "Salute To The Sun Yoga (inc. Mind Body and You)".
In case of a possible return you should contact Salute To The Sun Yoga before any action is taken. Returns must be authorised by us, unauthorised returns will not be accepted. You must email us here to notify us if you change your mind and wish to cancel your order.
There are some products which we cannot cancel or refund, such as any services including yoga classes, yoga workshops or meditation classes; as well as digital goods and made-to-order items or hygiene items such as earings, neti pots.
All returns must be handled in a timely fashion. Customers have one week from the receipt of the order to contact Salute To The Sun Yoga regarding any complaints. It is important that all items are inspected upon receiving the order and that any complaints are directed to us immediately. Once a return request has been made the customer has 30 days to return the merchandise for a replacement or credit. Salute To The Sun Yoga cannot be responsible for merchandise that remains in the customer’s possession for an unusual amount of time. Salute To The Sun Yoga cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery caused by the carrier. All returned items must be in their original condition. This means clothing must have hangtags still attached. Yoga mats, props and all other equipment must be in their original cellophane and/or branded wrapper. If any products have been removed from their wrapper, we are unable to accept a return. Returns can only be refunded to the person who originally placed and paid for the order. Refunds can take up to 14 days after receipt of the return.
The postage and handling of your return is your responsibility. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage when sending your parcel back as we cannot be held responsible for any orders that do not arrive back to us. You may be able to claim compensation through your chosen return service if you have proof of postage.
IMPORTANT! Please contact us for information of the correct return address for your purchased items.
Please do not return any products to the yoga studios where the weekly yoga classes are held.
We are not able to offer an exchange service on unwanted goods. This ensures that we can maintain accurate stock levels and keep an up-to-date inventory with our wholesale suppliers at all times. The quickest and easiest way for you to get exactly what you want in a different colour or size is to simply return the unwanted item and order another.
5. ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE THE UK
When ordering from outside the UK, please contact us before placing the order to find out the cost of postage. If you are an international customer, your package may be subject to duties when it arrives in your country. Unfortunately, we have no way of predicting these charges, as they differ from country to country. These charges are a matter between you and your government, and you are responsible for this, since you are a citizen of your country, and are importing the goods yourself. Further information on this matter may be attained from your local customs office.
